We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 15 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 15 days from the date of purchase.

Usually we do not do returns on table bases but if we do any returns you must first request a RMA Number (Return Authorization Number). Shipping charges are not refundable and there will be a 25% restocking charge for all returns. You can return most items but must be returned within 15 Days from the date of purchase. All returned items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging and include all components and accessories. Custom items can never be returned. Ask questions before you buy so as to save the trouble of having to return items that were ordered wrong and avoiding mistakes. We inspect all returns and will reject all returned merchandise that does not meet our return criteria. We can only accept returns that are 100% resalable. If an item is damaged because of shipping damage, make notes of the damage, take pictures and notify us ASAP. If the damaged merchandise is by motor freight inspect the products and do not sign or accept the shipment without making notes on the drivers receipt or you will be responsible for the damage.
